manages all the Covid stuff for FedEx. The dr I talked to this morning told me 13 pilots tested positive yesterday (I assumed I was 14 because he didn’t know about me until I called). They administer most of our testing programs in the US. I need to quarantine 10 days from onset of symptoms (or test if asymptomatic), so my clock started 5p Tue (I just picked a time when I noticed something coming on. Once I have my 10 days and a negative test result then this medical group sends all my stuff to another Medical group that is kind of a clearinghouse for pilot medical stuff for FedEx. They will be the ones to actually clear me back and then I just check myself back “well” in the company flt ops website. No China for me for at least 90’days (yeah 👍🏻) and any sick time used gets reimbursed up to 60 days. I have a 13 day trip that starts on 12/28 that I will be removed from tomorrow. The little one already needed a neg test to go back to school, so, we will see.
